Mobile Games and Sustainability: How Green Initiatives Can Be Promoted Through Play
This study explores the application of mobile games and gamification techniques in the workplace to enhance employee motivation, engagement, and productivity. The research examines how mobile games, particularly those designed for workplace environments, integrate elements such as leaderboards, rewards, and achievements to foster competition, collaboration, and goal-setting.
